I tried OM brand blend. Based terrible and had no results at all. If I woulda used higher dose id have been drinking literal mud. Muddy water makes my coffee more flavorful and amazing results. Energy, clarity, bloating... helps all!

My first purchase of this Yellow Dock & Dandelion Tonic was through Etsy (that is how I found Running Waters Homestead). I have since purchased two more bottles. I started taking this tonic every day, three times a day, for six weeks, which boosted my ferritin significantly. Now I take the tonic three times weekly, three times a day on those days. I feel so much better, and many peripheral health problems have disappeared. I especially like the fact that this is an extract, not a tincture, and the dandelions are sourced fresh from the homestead, which is in a neighboring state to me. Moreover, this formula has many minerals and vitamins besides just iron.
